The board actively manages the Foundation’s activities and development. Its members meet regularly, work on a pro bono basis, and are assisted in administrative matters by a part-time Director.

Mons. Sigitas Tamkevičius (Chairman)

Archbishop emeritus of Kaunas. Initiator and former editor of the Chronicle of the Catholic Church in Lithuania, who on that account was arrested and exiled to Siberia.

Vygantas Malinauskas

Lawyer of the Lithuanian Bishops Conference. Former Chairman of the Lithuanian Catholic Federation ATEITIS (Ateitininkų federacija). Vytautas Magnus University lecturer on law and philosophy.

Gediminas Žukas

Former editor-in-Chief of Bažnyčios Žinios, the official publication of the Catholic Church in Lithuania. Chairman of the Board of the construction materials company Kauno Šilas Ltd.

Darius Chmieliauskas

Director of publisher Caritas Lithuania. Editor of Artuma magazine. Spokesman for the Archdiocese of Kaunas. Member of the supervisory council of Lithuania’s national public broadcaster (LRT).

Bryan Bradley

Founder of Textus Aptus Communications. Former Baltic reporter for Bloomberg and Reuters. Author of the 2013 study “A Management Framework for the Further Development of Lithuania’s Catholic Media.”
